    • Legislation from "sister chambers" will have Tier B priority over other legislation in the packet. Sister chambers are: A/B; C/D; E/F; G/H; I/J. Thus, agendas will be set with priority given to: (1) Authorsip from the chamber; (2) sponsored bills from sister chambers; (3) other packet legislation; and (4) legislation marked "LATE" in the packet. Late Legislation may not be placed above any other legislation, even by student vote, until all other legislation is exhausted, or the final prelimiary session.


Welcome to the official website of the 2009 Blue Key Speech & Debate Tournament at the University of Florida. This year's tournament will be held October 30st to November 1st, and marks our 26th annual event. As the tournament quickly approaches, we are working hard to ensure a high quality and challenging interscholastic competition for all of our competitors and guests.

Please note that we are typically unable to post a final schedule until one week prior to the tournament.  For planning purposes, please refer to last year's schedule.  Start and end times will remain the same.  For last year's schedule, please click here.  We will post this year's schedule on this page of the website when it is available.
