  • Dr. David Hedge (PF Finals)

    Dr. David Hedge is a Professor in the Political Science Department who teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in Public Policy, State Politics and Policy, Bureaucratic Politics, and Legislative Politics. His research appears in several journals, including the American Journal of Political Science, Journal of Politics, Legislative Studies Quarterly, American Politics Quarterly and Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory.
     

  • Matthew Rosenblum (PF)

    Matthew Rosenblum is a former Public Forum Debate competitor from Jupiter High School. During his debate career at JHS he was in outrounds at Wake Forest, Pine Crest, Emory, and Princeton. Aside from being ranked as 1st speaker at the Princeton tournament, he and his partner won the 2006 FFL State Championship in PF. After being awarded the L. Gregg Phifer Scholarship in forensics, he competed for several years in Policy Debate for Florida State University achieving varied levels of success at the novice, junior varsity, and varsity levels of competition. During his two years of coaching debate at Stoneman Douglas High School his debaters were in outrounds at tournaments such as Big Bronx and Blue Key. Matthew spent two summers as a lab leader at the Samford Debate Institute. One of those years was spent teaching Public Forum Debate with Ben Osbourne (DOD @ Vestavia Hills High School) while the other year was spent teaching Policy Debate with Mike Maffie (ADOD @ Cornell University). Matthew will begin coaching debate at Tallahassee Community College in the spring.
     

  • Kenneth Colonel (PF, Congress)

    Kenneth Colonel is a former Student Congress competitor and NFL Nationals Most Outstanding Representative from Winter Springs, Florida. He currently attends Vanderbilt University and is studying Political Science, Public Policy, and Economics.
     

  • Joe Perretta (Congress)

    Joe Perretta is a former student congress competitor from Miami, Florida currently residing in northern Nova Scotia, where he studies Canadian politics at St. Francis Xavier University. A two-time Blue Key congress winner, Joe also claimed wins at Harvard, Emory, Crestian, Wake, Glenbrooks, and the TOC during his time in student congress. He has coached debate for the National Speakers' Forum and the Hurricane Debate Institute at the University of Miami.
     

  • Dr. Steve Moss (IE)

    Dr. Steve Moss is a Forensics enthusiast from New York, with a particular interest in Oratory and Extemp. He is a very active National Circuit judge who routinely judges more than 25 tournaments and 100 rounds of speech every season, including Final rounds in all Individual Events at major university tournaments. He coaches privately on the National Circuit and has coached Finalists and Champions in the National Circuit and national tournaments. At NFL Nationals this year he was on the Finals panels for Domestic Extemp and Supplemental Debate, and he is a regular in the Round Robins at MBA and GMU. He has also judged every TOC Extemp Final since it began, and is an inaugural member of the Advisory Board of TOC Extemp. Steve is the Senior Advisor to the 2010 NCFL National Champions, Loyola Blakefield.
     

  • Jacob Abraham (IE)

    Jacob Abraham is a former high-school competitor from Miami, Florida. Currently he is working to earn an M.A. in Communication from George Mason University while coaching the GMU Forensics team. As a high-school competitor Jacob had multiple national out-rounds including an HI final at Blue Key. In college Jacob was a 2-time National Finalist in Extemporaneous Speaking at the AFA-NIET, along with multiple national out-rounds in Interp and Public Address.
     

  • Allison Henri (IE)

    Allison Henri is from Omaha, Nebraska, but is currently coaching forensics at George Mason University. During her collegiate forensics career, Allison competed in national out-rounds of Program Oral Interpretation, Poetry Interpretation, Informative and Persuasive Speaking, and Duo, placed twice in Individual Sweepstakes, and was the 2011 AFA-NIET national champion in Poetry.
     

  • Ethan Millspaugh (IE)

    Ethan Millspaugh is a former high-school competitor from Dallas, Texas who is currently a Graduate Assistant with the GMU Forensics Team. As a college competitor, Ethan was an AFA All-American, NFA National Champion in Dramatic Duo and Runner-Up in Individual Sweepstakes. Over the course of his forensics career, Ethan has advanced to national out-rounds across three genres of competition as well as coached high school students to multiple national titles.
     

  • Charlie Doyle

    Charlie Doyle is a former Student Congress, Public Forum, and Extemporaneous Speaking competitor from Orlando, Florida studying Biology and International Relations at the University of Florida. A finalist at such tournaments as Blue Key, Glenbrooks, and UPenn, Charlie had a consistent track record of reaching out rounds in major national tournaments. He has also previously judged final and semifinal rounds of the Blue Key Speech and Debate Tournament.
