Airport Information:

For schools that need to fly into the Gainesville area, there are three nearby airports.  The closest is Gainesville Regional Airport. The other options are Orlando International Airport and Jacksonville International Airport, each about 90 minutes away from the University of Florida.  Orlando and Jacksonville have direct flights to cities across the United States and tend to offer more competitive fares.

Shuttles/Rental Car Information:

Runways Shuttle provides round-trip shuttle service from either Jacksonville or Orlando Airports to the city of Gainesville. Information on Runways is available at http://www.rnwy.com/. The rate for round trip service is normally $60-$75 to either Jacksonville or Orlando.

For schools that use a shuttle service, and do not wish to rent a car or van, we recommended booking your hotel rooms at the University of Florida Hilton Hotel and Conference Center.  The UF Hilton provides free shuttle service to and from the Reitz Union, which is in the center of campus and a central location for the tournament.  For those flying into Gainesville, cab companies that serve the Gainesville area and can drop you off at the Hilton from Gainesville Airport are the following:
